OUR FLAVOURS

HOMECRAFTED. ARTISANAL. SMALL BATCH. PREMIUM GELATO.

Each spoonful is silky, indulgent, and full of flavour. Gelato, done well.

CARAMELLO SALATO

Salted Caramel. Rich salted caramel paste and premium dairy, churned to give you that ‘almost-burnt’ bittersweet taste.

BISCOTTINO

Cookies. Made with premium dairy, rich biscottino paste, folded and topped with Oreos (and sometimes Biscoff). This will definitely delight any cookie monster.

GIANDUIA

Hazelnut Chocolate. Made with premium chocolate hazelnut paste and premium dairy. If you love Nutella, this is for you. (But no, this is not made with Nutella).

PISTACCHIO

Pistacchio. Creamy, nutty gelato made with rich California pistacchio paste, premium dairy, folded and topped with Pistacchio bits.

RICOTTA

Ricotta. This super creamy gelato is churned using premium ricotta cheese. Chopped fruits (e.g. dried cranberries or dried orange peel) are folded in to add texture and a little bit of zing to the delicate taste of Ricotta.

CIOCCOLATO FONDENTE

Dark Chocolate. Made with natural mint paste and Filipino origin Auro dark chocolate, this gelato gives you rich chocolate flavor.

STRACIATELLA

Straciatella. An ultra milky gelato folded with rich Auro dark chocolate.

CHEESECAKE AL LIMONE

Lemon Cheesecake. Imagine ending a meal with a slice of tart Lemon Cheesecake. This one is our zesty pastry favorite in gelato form. Cream cheese, lemon, and zest. Squisito!

MATCHA

Matcha. For those who like matcha! Made with ceremonial grade Ao Arashi matcha from Uji, Kyoto. This gelato has a delicate balance of bitter-sweet flavor.
